RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email founders@globalava.org to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Memberships

**NOTE: Membership dues are non-refundable******  You have acknowledged on your order form that you understand this

Annual Membership dues are automatically charged to your account unless cancelled in writing prior to your next payment.***

***Monthly payment plan is a COMMITMENT to 12 payments***

We reserve the right to deny membership to any person for any reason.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include, but are not limited to software, memberships and webinar recordings.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Many clients we have need a template or starting point for their returns, shipping, and refund policy. In fact most credit card processors will not approve your credit card gateway application without having these policies. Rather than make you try and copy one from Amazon.com or make one from scratch, we have come up with a reusable template that you are free to copy and use on your web site. Just make sure to customize it with your information.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
